I studied hypnotherapy because it helped me overcome a phobia I thought it was stuck with forever. Hypnotherapy is a super powerful way of accessing deeper parts of our consciousness in order to bring us clarity or closure, or to move out of an unhelpful pattern of thinking or behaviour. 

I combine this skill set with coaching tools to provide you with space to reflect and plan, whilst gaining insight into the unique magic of your own mind.

We’ll have a little chat before we work together to discuss your goals and see if it feels like a good fit.
