We can work together in a number of different ways, and before we jump in, we'll arrange a time to have a proper chat, see if it feels like a good fit, and make a plan that suits your time, budget and goal.

 

What I can promise is that I'll never talk down to you, YOU are the expert on YOU, I simply support you to create the physical and mental space that you need to find that clarity and connection.

Our work together is always totally confidentially and completely 100% free of judgment. I know from personal and professional experience that human beings do their best when seen and loved and accepted exactly as we are, and that's what I want for you, whatever you've got going on.​​​​​​​​

All of the below draw on evidence-based techniques with proven results. I often share tools from other modalities such as CBT, inner child work, self-compassion, and ACT that I've picked up along the way, so you'll gain some extras for your toolkit!

Confidence, phobias, imposter vibes, unhelpful habits - gently and effectively work through whatever has been getting in the way of you living and feeling how you actually want (and deserve) to.

​

We'll start each session with a check-in around your goals, hopes and progress, followed by soothing and empowering hypnotherapy.

​

You'll receive a recording of your session so you can practice and top up whenever you need it.

​

Hypnotherapy sessions last up to 80 minutes and are bookable in blocks of 3 to give us time to get you where you need to be.

Idea

Power Hour

A supercharged 2 hour session incorporating coaching and hypnosis to set you up for success.

 

You might like to use this for a specific business or career goal, or to kick start a new thinking pattern or habit.

You'll leave with clarity, motivation and confidence to move towards your goals with ease.

Modern Family

For parents

Trained in evidence-based parenting support, with over 15 years' experience working with children and families (plus 3 kids of my own), I know firsthand the theory and the practice when it comes to raising a family in a way that feels aligned with your hopes and values.

I can help you with the practical stuff like sleep, separation anxiety and behaviour, but I can also give you the space to remember who you are, work through generational patterns and connect with your own vision of what balanced family and work life looks like for you. 

​

Available as a one-off to get your head around something specific, or a block of sessions with text support in between to really embed some changes.
